Programme Managed all aspects of the End User Computing and Service Desk migrations from one large multi-national outsourcing provider to an alternative multi-national outsourcing provider on behalf of a very large organisation. The programme would have been multi million euro scale and have taken a year to complete. The programme activities included Procurement Steps, Planning, interfacing with business users as well as technical teams within the client as well as the 3rd parties.
