Implementations

Project Manage / Oversee / or Assist in an IT system or Process improvement implementation. Implementation types could include the following:-

Type 1: An off the shelf application on to a Client IT infrastructure. See Implementations – Sample 1

Type 2: A significant enhancement to a Client’s underlying infrastructure / systems mgt env. See Implementations – Sample 2

Type 3: Migration to a suite of Cloud or 3rd party based solutions (moving some/all of IT support out of house). Stages typically include:-

Mapping of functional requirements to Cloud/3rd party offerings and capabilities
Data Migration planning and preparation
Training of users in new applications or technologies
Project oversight or management to go live
Optional – Ongoing assistance in ensuring support is available if needed
Optional – Ongoing identification of further opportunities for enhancements or benefits
