Short Studies or Engagement Types

Type 1:  Specific Issue, Problem, Process,Technology or Management change that needs
independent and informed Investigation, Analysis, Conclusions, and Recommendations. See Studies – Sample 1

Type 2:  Solution Search / System Selection – typically involving the following stages:
requirements analysis, system or solution search, mapping, procurement including RFP
preparation, selection criteria development, proposals review, selection completion. See Studies – Sample 2

Type 3:  IT Function and/or Application outsourcing to Cloud or 3rd party based platforms and services. Study might include: feasibility study, cost benefit analysis, inventory, functional and data requirements mapping, preparation of an associated migration plan or strategy. See Studies – Sample 3

Type 4:  Review of existing IT Infrastructure for risks, weaknesses and opportunities.

Type 5: Review of existing IT Application sets for risks weaknesses and opportunities. See Studies – Sample 5

Type 6:  Gatekeeper/Optimiser/Value Assurer on your existing 3rd Party provider(s) – If your organisation is currently spending significant amounts on external IT or related 3rd party providers we can assist you to ensure that these providers are performant to expectation, provide full value for money and you as their client are fully briefed on the true state of their provided domain. This function can be delivered as either a short once off review or as a recurring monitor role.
